Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Feudi (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Kontrak Pty Ltd (ABN 11 675 087 948). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Feudi app.

What we collect

Content you create. Videos you record (cases, responses), case titles, comments, votes, verdict reactions, your profile (username, optional profile photo) and your chosen interests. Your videos show your face and voice – by filing or responding to a case you're choosing to publish them to other users of Feudi.

Account information. Your email address and encrypted password, managed by our authentication provider. Your email is never shown publicly. If you invite someone to respond to a case by email, we store that address only to deliver the invitation and never display it in the app.

Usage information. We record in-app activity events – such as which cases you view, watch, vote on, share and comment on – to personalise your feed, understand how Feudi is used, and improve the product. We also store a push notification token if you enable notifications.

Crash and diagnostic data. If the app crashes or errors, we collect technical details such as your device model, operating-system version and error information so we can diagnose and fix problems. This does not include your videos or messages.

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell personal information.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers (“processors”) to run Feudi:

Each provider processes data only on our instructions and under their standard data-processing terms.

How long we keep things

Your content stays on Feudi until you delete it or your account. Decided cases remain visible as part of the app's public record unless a party deletes them (see below). Usage events are retained to operate and improve the feed; we periodically review and trim aged event data. If you delete your account, the data described below is removed.

Deleting your content (right to erasure)

You are always in control of videos you appear in:

Deletion requests made by email ([email protected]) are also honoured – we'll verify you control the account first.

Your other rights (access, correction, portability)

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for it in a portable format by emailing [email protected] from your account email address. We respond within 30 days. You can correct your profile details directly in the app at any time (Edit Profile / Settings).

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these rights arise under the GDPR/UK GDPR; if you're in Australia, under the Privacy Act. Wherever you are, we apply the same standards. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Age

Feudi is for people 16 and older. We block sign-ups from anyone under 16 and remove accounts we discover to be under-age.

Other people in your videos

Record yourself. Don't film other people without their agreement, and don't include private information about others (addresses, phone numbers, financial details) in your videos, titles or comments. Content that does may be removed under our reporting and moderation rules, and repeat offenders may lose their accounts.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the app, show your profile and case history to other users, personalise your feed, send push notifications about case activity you've enabled, diagnose crashes, and improve Feudi. We do not sell your personal information.
